Cancellation Policy
NO SHOW POLICY
At Golden Cheeks I ask you to realize that when you forget your appointment or fail to show up I miss the opportunity to fill that spot. Once 20 minutes of your time slot has passed if I haven’t heard from you or rescheduled your appointment, a fee of 50% of the total amount of all services will be charged to the credit card on file.
Please note that if you arrive 10 minutes after your appointment start time there is a chance I will not be able to complete your services.
